BURLINGTON — Police are investigating an incidence of vandalism early Wednesday in the downtown area where close to 20 cars, the First United Methodist Church and street signs were defaced with blue spray paint.
“The damage ranges from simple lines of paint to sacrilegious and phallic symbols,” police said in a news release Wednesday afternoon.
